MEDICAL SYSTEM
Getting hurt has consequences. You can bleed out, get knocked out, and die if you don't banadage wounds or get blood bags. CPR can be used to revive people, but it's not always successful.
GORE
Getting shot can rip off limbs, and falling from a high place can explode you on impact. Losing a limb isn't a death sentence, but it can be a major disadvantage.
