Uh oh, it looks like you're banned! But don't worry, you can submit an appeal to get it lifted or reduced.

Head to Discord

Go to the Help Channel

Open a Ban Appeal Ticket

Find the ZGRAD Support category, click the dropdown, and select "Appeal".

Fill Out the Information

Complete the form with information about your ban.

Need your SteamID? If you're unsure of how to get your SteamID, go to https://steamid.gg and paste your Steam profile URL, then select SteamID32.

Wait for Response

Check the pinged channel and wait for a response to your ticket. Our staff will review your appeal and get back to you!
