HOW TO MAKE REPORTS
Learn how to properly report rule violations and problematic players on ZGRAD servers
Encountered a rule breaker or cheater? Here's how to report them so our staff can take action!
Head to Discord
Join our Discord server: discord.gg/npc
Go to the Help Channel
Open a Player Report Ticket
Find the ZGRAD Support category, click the dropdown, and select "Report Player".
Copy the Person's SteamID
In-game, left-click on the player's name in the scoreboard and click the "Copy SteamID" button. You'll need this for the report.
Fill Out the Information
Complete the form with details about the rule violation. Include screenshots or videos if you have them!
Evidence Upload: If you can't upload evidence to a hosting site like Medal.tv, Dropbox, etc., you can paste it directly in the ticket chat after it's created.
Wait for Review
Check the pinged channel and wait for a response to your ticket. Our staff will investigate and take appropriate action!
Need immediate help? If someone is actively breaking rules, you can type @ (your message, no parenthesis) in-game to get staff attention quickly. Beware, only IN-GAME staff will see this!
